Adele

Every parent thinks their toddler is immensely talented, so this is a case where I'm probably guilty of the same thing. But there have been times where they've shown impressive understanding and recall of music. This is encouraging, since both parents are decent musicians and not-so-great athletes.

The latest example requires a bit of background. I can't remember when they saw it first, but the girls enjoy watching Adele's "Someone Like You" video on YouTube. This is the video where she walks the streets while singing about a lost love.

Yesterday in the car, a different Adele song came on the radio. From the back seat Marie asked, "What's this song? Is she walking?" Granted, Adele has a pretty distinctive voice, but I was still impressed!
